mso-line-height-rule:exactly;”><span style=“font-size: medium;”><b><span style=“font-family: 黑体; font-weight: bold;”><font face=“黑体” style=“”>一</font> 、前言</span></b><b><span style=“font-family: 黑体; font-weight: bold;”><o:p></o:p></span></b></span></h3><p class=“MsoNormal” style=“text-indent:32.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;”><span style=“font-size: medium;”><span style=“font-family: 仿宋;”><font face=“仿宋”>贫血是指人体外周血红细胞容量减少，低于正常范围下限的一种常见的临床症状。临床上常以血红蛋白浓度来代替。但由于贫血是血液科分类复杂的疾病，临床上除进行最基本的血常规检查外，还要进行贫血类型的鉴别检查。包括血清铁、血清铁蛋白、血清总铁结合力、未饱和铁结合力、转铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度都是评价体内血液营养状况的重要指标，对贫血的诊断、鉴别诊断、病因、及评价治疗效果等方面的重要依据，贫血在临床上是比较常见的，贫血原因较多，根据原因不同，可以分为红细胞生成减少性贫血：如再生障碍性贫血、纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血、先天性红细胞生成异常性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合症、骨髓纤维化、骨髓坏死、骨髓硬化症、大理石病、淋巴细胞功能亢进所致贫血、造血细胞凋亡亢进所致贫血、巨幼细胞性贫血、缺铁性贫血和铁粒幼细胞性贫血等。红细胞破坏过多性贫血如溶细胞性贫血及失血性贫血。通常我们以血红蛋白量的多少来评判贫血程度，血红蛋白低于正常值而高于</font>90g/l以上，我们称为轻度贫血，血红蛋白处于60-90g/l之间为中度贫血，低于60g/l为重度贫血。贫血导致血液携氧能力下降，身体出现了各种临床表现：最早期主要是头晕乏力，最突出的表现是皮肤、黏膜苍白，其机制主要是贫血通过神经体液调节引起有效血容量重新分布，为保障重要脏器（如心、脑、肾、肝、肺等）供血，相对次要脏器（如皮肤、黏膜）则供血减少；另外，由于单位容积血液内红细胞和血红蛋白含量减少，也会引起皮肤、黏膜颜色变淡。此外呼吸系统会出现活动后心累气短等，循环系统会出现心率加快、心悸等，消化系统体现出消化不良、食欲减退等，泌尿系统严重的会出现少尿、无尿、急性肾衰竭等，其它内分泌系统、生殖系统、免疫系统、血液系统等都会出现相应的症状。因此贫血的早期实验室诊断是相当必要的。</span><span style=“font-family: 仿宋;”><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class=“MsoNormal” style=“text-indent:32.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;”><span style=“font-size: medium;”><span style=“font-family: 仿宋;”><br></span></span></p><p style=“text-align: center”>
